- Q. What do I bring to camp?
- A. Workout clothes; sports towel; cleats and flat bottom shoes (perferably high or mid top); 32 oz sports drink and 64 oz of water; any necessary personal medications or braces and current updated insurance form; notebook with pen or pencil; and strong WORK ETHIC.
- Q. Is this a contact camp?
- A.This camp does not require football pads or a helmet. Blocking shields will be used to demonstrate proper technique and fit.
- Q. What age do I have to be to attend camp?
- A.The Team CC (Clinic Camp) is designed for incoming high school freshman through college.
- Q. Who will be coaching the athletes?
- A.Grey Ruegamer will coach at every clinic alongside other current or retired players and coaches.

- Q. Do I need football/offensive Line experience?
- A.It is preferable to have some football knowledge but not necessary to have offensive line experience.
- Q. Are coaches allowed?
- A.Coaches are encouraged to be a part of the session as long as scheme philosophy has been discussed beforehand.
- Q. How do I sign up?
- A. You can register online by clicking here or the 'Register' button at the top of the page. It will accept registration and let you make full payments or deposits.
- Q. Are deposits refundable?
- A.All deposits are refundable until two weeks before clinic camps are set to begin.
- Q. Can parents stay and watch?
- A. All parents are welcome to stay and watch but please leave the coaching to the coaches.
